This year’s Tadpoles Galas are taking place at Grand Central Pool on Saturday 15^th September and Saturday 29^th September (warm up time yet to be confirmed).

These galas are graded, which means they are closed to swimmers who are faster than the published entry times and so are a really great opportunity for novice swimmers to have a taste of competitive swimming.  Any swimmer who swims faster than the B qualifying time will receive a “speeding ticket”.

There are six age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13/14, 15/18 years and awards will be made to the six fastest swimmers in B and C grades in each event.  There are also club aggregate trophies for the overall girls’ and boys’ teams and individual trophies for the best performing boy and girl in each age group.

Entry forms and graded times are available to download by following the attached link Here. Completed forms and cheques for the entry fees (£2.50 per event) should be returned to Alison Nuttall by 23 June 2012 at the latest.  Personal best times for each event entered are required.
