CLUB CHAMPS - 5, 12, 19 NOVEMBER 2009

Tick lists for those members who want to enter the Club Championships this year are now up and should be found on the notice board in the main reception. You need to tick off the events you would like to do.

There are NO ENTRY FEES for competitors, but (as always) there will be a nominal charge for spectators (£1, including a programme).

We are also seeking prizes for our raffle and so if you have anything you would like to donate then please hand them to the Head Coach, Kevin Nuttall. The closing date for entries will be THURSDAY 8 OCTOBER and NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

All Saracens members are eligible to take part in these galas if they were a fully paid up member on 1 August 2009.The galas will take place over three consecutive Thursdays starting on 5 November, 6.00 pm onwards. Therefore, if you choose not to enter (or are not eligible) then please note that there will be no training available in the main pool on these evenings. Training sessions are otherwise unchanged.

In order for the galas to go ahead we will require parents/guardians to volunteer to help on poolside - ranging from stewarding the swimmers to serving refreshments. Caroline Dowler will be coordinating helpers nearer the time.
