Have you got some pictures of Saracens events or Galas? Do you want to share them with fellow Saracens? Well fear not because this 'How to' guide explains all.

In order for you to upload you pictures you need to be signed in, you can then click on the link to the right headed 'Gallery'.

Once the gallery front page has loaded look towards the top left and click on 'User Panel'

You now have a choice! Upload individual photo's or upload photo's into your own album.

Read on to find out the difference and how to upload your photo's 

If you click the 'New Picture' tab you will be able to upload pictures but they will be mixed with everyone else's uploads, for the more organised members there is the option of adding your own catagories in which to store your piccies, you can do this by clicking the 'Categories' tab.

Ok, for the Simple Upload of an image here are the steps:

1. Sign in to the website
2. Click on Gallery from the main menu
3. Click on User Panel
4. Click New Picture
5. Give your picture a title and description
6. Click the browse button and find the location of your picture
7. Repeat step 6 if you have more than one picture
8. Once all your pictures have been located click on the Upload button
9. Click on the My Gallery link when prompted to see if your images have uploaded ok 

Your images will now need to await approval, they will not appear in the gallerey until approval has been granted. Do not panic if your pictures are taking a while to be approved, this is performaed by humans and may take a few days.

Create a Category, for the more organised of you there is the option of creating your own categories, the process is similar to above but with the addition of keeping your pictures seperate to everyone else's. The steps are as follows:

1. Sign in to the website
2. Click on Gallery from the main menu
3. Click on User Panel
4. Click Categories
5. Click New Category
6. Give your category a title and description and select Yes in the box headed Published (This decides wether or not to show your picture to other website members)
7. Click Save
8. Click Back to My Gallery
9. follow steps 4 - 9 on the simple upload list but this time click the Category drop down box and select the category you just created

You can store up to 500 pictures and up to 10 different categories.
